The Story
This classic, unlined pencil skirt will have you looking sharp whenever you wear it. The skirt includes side panels, a back yoke detail, and a back walking vent. Because it has no seams, the front panel allows use of almost any patterned fabric, including bold prints.
View A is just-above-the-knee length with straight-cut side panels. View B ends just below the knee and features bias-cut side panels. Fit can be easily customized using the side-panel seams.

Suggested Fabrics:
Suitable for light- to medium-weight woven fabrics like twill, canvas, linen, denim, wool suiting, and faux leather. Woven fabrics with some stretch are ideal for this style.
Notions:
- Matching thread
- Contrasting thread for topstitching (optional)
- 1 x 9" invisible zipper
- Lightweight woven fusible interfacing
- 1 1/4 yards of 1/4" twill tape to stabilize the waistband
- 1 1/2 yards of seam tape or ribbon to finish the hem
