The Story
Easy to sew and equally easy to wear, the Montauk Trousers can be worn both to work and for the weekend. These simple, semifitted, pull-on pants include an elastic waist and drawstring closure. The pattern features front pockets as well as options for either patch pockets or single-welt pockets in the back.

Suggested Fabrics:
Light- to medium-weight woven fabrics like quilting cotton, linen, and wool suiting.
Notions:
- Matching thread
- 1 1/4 yards of 3/4" elastic
- Featherweight or lightweight fusible interfacing
- 1 x drawstring up to 82" long (optional)
