Tana Lawn - Ianthe

Made without the use of crease-resisting chemicals or irritating allergens, Tana Lawn is the perfect canvas for Liberty's most famous prints.

Ianthe was created by well-known French Art Nouveau designer R. Beauclair in approximately 1900, and was later redrawn by David Haward's Studio. Ianthe is Greek for purple or violet flowers, suggesting that the flowers in the design may have originally been drawn from violets.
