The Ru Cowl (or hat should you prefer knitting a hat!) is a two color mosaic pattern. Cowl is worked in the round as a tube and ends are grafted together for seamless infinite finish. (We thought it would be a great project to learn to graft!) This pattern set is part of Woolfolk's Wool Elements III, inspired by the rough, industrial shapes of the Brutalist movement, Wool Elements III is a compilation of accessories that exude strength and raw sophistication. Utility and timeless accessories are reimagined and redefined with beautiful textures and polished lines.
Limited to 4 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

- Level:Â Adventurous Beginner/Intermediate. You can cast on, knit, purl and bind off! You've taken knitting basics AND circular knitting.
- We provide:Â moral support, expertise, techniques, and great company.
- You bring:Â Yourself, a copy of the pattern (available on Ravelry), your needles (circular 16â, US 3 and a Size E crochet hook), stitch markers, tapestry needle, and approximately 223 (small cowl) - 660 (wraps twice) yards of fingering weight yarn in TWO colors (the pattern is written for Woolfolk Tynd and Woolfolk Sno. We offer 15% off supplies purchased for any of our classes.
- Class length:Â 2 1/2 hours per session for a total of 5 hours.
