The Story
The Quilted Pocket Stocking is quick and fun holiday sewing project designed with creative patchwork in mind.
Use scrap fabrics you have on hand from the year or start fresh. Mix and match to your heart's desire, no matter which fabrics you choose your stocking will be full of holiday joy!
No quilting experience is required and this a lovely project to build your patchworking and quilting confidence. Available in a big stocking and a mini stocking, both with a cute front pocket and hanging loop.
Skill Level: Beginner
Techniques involved include quilting, binding, and creating a pocket.
Size Range: Two sizes (big and mini)
Seam allowances included in pattern.
Recommended Fabrics:
Medium-weight woven fabrics, such as quilting cotton or flannel. Perfect for using up fabric scraps!
Notions:
- Matching thread
- Batting (or fusible fleece)
