Project Bag Workshop

Any stitcher on-the-go will fall in love with this beautiful and functional zippered bag for transporting projects to any gathering! It’s the perfect size for storing small quilts in progress, several skeins of yarn, or we love it for a 12” embroidery hoop, floss, and pattern. The inside includes both large and small pockets for notions of all sizes and don’t forget the most adorable magnetic felt sweater that will securely store your favorite pair of tiny snips.

Limited to 4 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.

• Level: Advanced Beginner-Intermediate. You are comfortable threading and operating a sewing machine. You have taken Sewing Basics and Sewing II - or have equivalent experience.
• We provide: tools, sewing machines, scrap wool felt, magnets, and expertise.
• You bring: Yourself, a copy of the pattern (available here), Exterior Fabric—1⁄2 yard (perfect for 2 fat quarters), Lining Fabric—2/3 yard (perfect for three fat quarters if you want your pockets to match the lining), Fusible Interfacing—1 1/5 yards of 20” wide medium weight, Fusible Fleece—12” x 30” piece, Ribbon—2” length of 1/8” – 1⁄2” wide ribbon, Zipper—18” nylon zipper, For options scissor holder: Optional Buttons—1/8” to 1⁄4” diameter (for embellishing sweater); we offer 15% off all supplies for our classes.
