The Story

A unique hand block print from Jaipur. A detailed floral block print in golden mustard and natural.

Mustard Carnation is suitable for tops, loose fitting trousers and shorts, and dresses and skirts with fullness.

  • 100% Cotton
  • Approximate width: 43" (110cm)
  • Country of origin: India
  • Please note:  Indian hand-printed cloths are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the print, this is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.
  • This fabric is hand dyed. For the couple of washes, place the fabric in the washing machine drum at 30 or 40 degrees with a handful of table salt.  This will help fix the dye to prevent it running.
  • As Indian cloths are handmade, they are sometimes susceptible to irregularities in the weave or print. This is all part of their charm and are not classed as flaws.
Ideal for tops, trousers, and dresses and the following patterns in the Workbook: Bantam and Heron.
