Lora Dress Pattern

The Lora pattern is an empire waist dress with four views. All views have underbust gathers, a self-lined bodice, and twelve loop buttons along the center front.

Views A and C have half-inch spaghetti straps at the shoulders while Views B and D have long puff sleeves. The dress is fitted through the waist and hips and has a straight fit through the skirt with Views A and B ending just above the knee and Views C and D hemmed a couple inches above the ankle.

Skill Level: Intermediate

Sizes: Women's 0-18.

Suggested Fabrics:
Light to medium weight woven fabric such as linen, cotton, or rayon.

• 12 x 3/8" (10mm) shank buttons
• Lightweight fusible interfacing (Views A & B = 1.5 yds / Views C & D = 2 yds)
• Hand sewing needle
• Views B & D only = 2 yds 3/8" elastic
