The Story
English Paper Piecing is a traditional quilting technique where fabric is hand-stitched around paper templates to create intricate designs. In this class weâll cover the basics and try out both glue and thread basting, as well as machine applique. Elevate your skills in a fun, hands-on, hand-sewn workshop.
Limited to 4 students (16 yrs of age or older); 2 students are required for class to meet. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, you will receive a full refund.
- Level:Adventurous beginner - you have successfully completed Quilting Basics and Patchwork 2 or equivalent.
- We provide: The pattern, studio space, tools, and expertise.
- You bring: 2-3 fat quarters of different colored fabrics. Don't forget we offer 15% off any of your supplies for class.
- Class length: 2 1/2 hours
