The VEGA bag is a versatile 3-in-1 bag that you can use as a tote bag, messenger bag, or backpack. The bag is fully lined, has a deep front pocket, two zippered pockets, and open pouches inside, as well as side pockets on the outside.

• If you are using a cotton canvas, we recommend a fusible interfacing like Pellon SF101 or TP971F.

• If you are using waxed canvas, you do not need to interface your fabric.

To make your project quicker, look for 1'' webbing by the yard for the straps, handles and connectors.

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner

Recommended Fabrics: For the exterior: medium weight woven fabric, such as canvas, twill, denim, or waxed canvas. For the interior: lighter weight woven fabric, such as quilting cotton, shirting, or poplin.

You Will Also Need: Matching thread, fusible interfacing (for fabrics other than waxed canvas), 1" cotton webbing, 1 x 1" strap adjuster, 4 x 1" D-rings, 4 x 1" swivel bolt hooks, 1 x 1/2" swivel bolt hook (optional), 1 x 18" zipper, 1 x 10" zipper, 2 x 8" zippers.
