Galaxie Collection #1 Pattern - Bags, Totes & Pouches - PDF DOWNLOAD

GALAXIE is the perfect scrap buster project and can be used or gifted all year round. It contains a menagerie of bag patterns, from knot bags to zip pouches, drawstring bags to totes!

Knot Bags:

Three different sizes to give gifts in reusable wrapping!

• PLUTON: Sized for little gifts or planter cover.
• NEPTUNE: Bag you can use to cover a tissue box or to re-use a tissue box that will hide the shape of a larger gift.
• MERCURE: Bag you can use to wrap or carry a tall bottle.

Box Pouch:

Classic box-shaped zip bag perfect for cosmetics, sewing tools, or art supplies.

• MARS: Fully lined box bag, with instructions for all-purpose or invisible zippers.

Drawstring Bags:

These practical bags have separate casings and square bottoms. They can be used as inner pouches for the SATURNE and SOLEIL totes.

• JUPITER: Sized for a pair of shoes or a lunchbox.
• SIRIUS: Sized for a change of clothes, a pair of boots, or as a laundry bag for a family trip.

Tote Bags:

Larger totes with a clever handle to carry heavier/bulkier items. SATURNE and SOLEIL drawstring bags can be used for a closed bag option.

• SATURNE: Lunch box.
• SOLEIL: For the gym, a weekend trip, or files/papers.

Skill Level: Beginner

Recommended Fabrics: Light to Medium-weight woven fabrics, such as quilting cotton, chambray, broadcloth, linen, denim, corduroy, or canvas. Check the pattern details for ideal fabrics for each type of bag!

You Will Also Need: Matching thread, 12" zipper (for Box Pouch), drawstring cord (for Drawstring Bags and Drawstring Totes).
