The Cocoon Coat sewing pattern is a fully lined women’s coat featuring a sculptural cocoon silhouette, raglan sleeves, and a classic shawl collar. This oversized coat includes a two-button front closure, generous patch pockets, and a curved back yoke seam that enhances the architectural shape.

This coat sewing pattern is an advanced project. Expect extensive pressing throughout and a small amount of hand sewing for a clean finish. The pattern includes step-by-step illustrated instructions to guide you through each stage of construction.

Seam allowances included in pattern.
Recommended Fabrics:
Choose medium- to heavy-weight woven coating fabrics, such as wool or wool blends.
Use fusible interfacing suitable for coating fabrics and a soft, slippery woven lining in viscose or polyester.
