RECOMMENDED FABRIC: Light to midweight knit fabric such as jersey, with at least 50% crosswise stretch. 

NOTIONS: Ballpoint or stretch needle, thread, 6 inches (15 cm) of clear 1/4 inch (6mm) elastic (optional).
